MISKOM CAREBRIDGE SUPPORT FOUNDATION is a people-centered non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of vulnerable individuals and communities across Nigeria. Our work is rooted in compassion, service, and community development, with a strong focus on reaching people in rural and underserved areas.
We carry out periodic outreach programs, moving from community to community to provide support in areas such as health awareness and basic care, assistance to women and the elderly, social welfare, empowerment initiatives, relief materials, and community education.
By working closely with local leaders and volunteers, we aim to uplift lives, promote dignity, and create lasting positive impact — ensuring that help reaches those who need it most, regardless of location or circumstance.
A Nigeria where every vulnerable individual and community can live with dignity, health and hope — regardless of location or circumstance.
To improve the quality of life of vulnerable individuals and underserved communities across Nigeria through compassionate outreach, health awareness, social welfare, empowerment and community education — delivered hand-in-hand with local leaders and volunteers.
We lead with empathy, treating every person we serve with warmth, patience and respect.
We uphold the worth of every individual we work with; nobody is ever treated as a charity case.
We work through and with local leaders and volunteers, never around them.
We are honest and accountable in how we engage communities and use every resource entrusted to us.
We reach the most remote and underserved communities, regardless of location or circumstance.
We show up consistently, favouring sustainable, hands-on action over words alone.
Our outreach is only possible because of the people who show up — program coordinators, community health volunteers, field officers and empowerment trainers working alongside local leaders.

Every visit, every relief package, every health check-in begins with someone who chose to help.
